Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment is recieved we will then process the delivery of your goods. Please note any orders/payments recieved by 1600 hrs will be dispatched the same day. All delivery times are based upon the delivery option you, the buyer has selected. We do not resort to utilising standard postal costs so we are able to track your consignment, ensuring you recieve your goods in a timely manner

The privacy of our customers is our top priority and every precaution is taken to protect it at all times. The following statement advises you, the buyer/user, the information we require and obtain from the buyers/users and how we protect your details with every precaution neccessary. As a valued customer/client of this website, you agree with our privacy policy as outlined below.

Personal Information

All personal information such as your name, address and credit card details/debit cards are required when you place an order on our website. Please ensure the information suppplied is correct, true, accurate, current and complete. If details are inadequate, or if there is a suspicion that the information supplied is fraudulent or false, there is a possiblity the order will be cancelled.

This information is soley used for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order. In the event that we need to contact you with regards to your order, or that the selected item is out of stock, we will do so via the email address or telephone number provided. We will not contact you for any reason except a matter directly related to your order.

You may wish to receive news from us by email about our latest products or about special offers. Please sign up for our newsletter on the main page to allow us to keep you updated.

All personal information is not stored on this website, but in an offline secure facility which is only accessible to those with highest authority and relevant passwords.

According to the Data Protection Act, a user has the right to see personal information stored by us. A written request must be made for this.

Any personal information supplied to us will never be placed into any mailing lists, unless in the event where you sign up for our newsletter, on the main home page. No personal information will be passed onto a third party/organisation.

Returns & Replacements

All cost for returns are to be borne by the sender. This will only be reimbursed if products are returned and found to be faulty. As is the law there are no return time limits on returned goods ,although You should notify us immediatey

If it is found that the purchased item is faulty/damaged after you have recieved the goods, please telephone/email us within 14 days of therecieved date.Please ensure you advise the following

  • Order number
  • Product Description
  • Reason for return

All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned. Once the goods have been inspected, and a fault has been found we will contact you to offer you a full refund, including the shipping costs (Proof of costs required), exchange) or replacement.

Can you please ensure that you check all deliveries for damages before you sign for them. If the package is found to be damaged, do not sign for them and advise us by Telephone/E mail immediately. We will then arrange to send out a replacement order upon confirmation from the delivery party that they hav not delivered the goods and are returning them to us.

If you discover that, once the goods have been signed for, that the goods are faulty, please notify us by Telphone/Email as soon as possible. Please ensure you quote your Order Number and product descriptions and stating your reason for returning the item. All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned. Once the goods have been inspected, and a fault has been found we will contact you to offer you a full refund, including the shipping costs (Proof of costs required), exchange or replacement.

In the event of you wishing to return goods that are not faulty, you may do so within 7 working days of the invoice date. Again as above, you are required to notify us by Telephone/Email immediately, quoting the order no, product descriptions and stating the reasons for returning the item. All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition,ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned.

When returning goods wether faulty, damaged or not, it is highly advised that you use registered post to ensure the goods are trackable and are recieved by us. We will not accept liabilty of lost goods being lost in the post when sent by normal surface mail.liablity

Viewing Orders

All past and present orders can be viewed from you account panel, where you can also update billing and delivery address details.

Updating Account Information

Any changes made by you to your information details will be stored on a seperate off line facility, and your details will not be shared with any third party.

Indemnity

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to fully indemnify Mystical Headshop.co.uk and its affiliates from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, expenses or costs made by any third party due to or arising from the use or the misuse of this site or due to your breach of these terms or due to your breach of any rights of a third party.
